Since 1991 people in all different fields, from designers to lawyers to retailers, have come to Ideas Made Real for help with time planning, spending planning, marketing strategy and materials, media relations, and general business trouble-shooting.
Founder-Director Laynie Tzena has created and led seminars and trainings on negotiation, networking and cold calling, and time management, working with people from Apple, Graebel, Great Brands of Europe, Sun Microsystems, Solzer & Hail, and Northwestern Mutual Life, among others. She’s guest-taught on marketing at San Francisco State University (focusing on customer service) and at the Academy of Art (where she also taught negotiation) and has appeared on KTVU’s Mornings on Two
and on eBay Radio. Tzena is also an award-winning writer and performer; her visual art may be found in shows and also in private collections.

Laynie Tzena has been a tremendous asset to my business. She has taught me that I have choices in running my business — that I don't have to be a slave to the ‘powers that be.’Karen F.
Laynie on eBay Radio
Listen to Laynie on eBay Radio. Enjoy. And remember, the phone number for the special offer referred to in the program is actually 415/796-3969. The number you'll hear mentioned is our former number. We don't know who has that number now. Probably fine people. But we doubt that they can help you.
